Riesling 2019 by Piri Naturel is a perfectly balanced Riesling with a hazy exotic fruit and a mineral and fresh overtone.
Handpicked grapes from steep slopes with gravel soil. Back in the day it was covered by the ocean and you can see that the rocks in the vineyeard are rounded by water and some parts of the plot are sandy from the old sea shores. 1 day of maceration with the stems, stomped gently. Wild and very slow fermentation in used oak barrels and sitting on the full lees until bottling in June.
