Vincent was born in the Loire, studied in Beaujolais, and learned from Marcel Lapierre. No wonder his wines are so magical. They make 6-8 different wines each year depending on the weather and wind. Everything from light-hearted carbonic acid giant Gamay d'Auvergne on glass fiber tank to Chardonnay and Pinot Noir which is given longer elevage in old barrels. Their vineyards are characterised by clay, limestone and volcanic soil.
The wines are not filtered and it’s chosen not to add sulfur at all. Certified Organic.
