Gamay from our new friend in Beaujolais that we share a common friend & hero with: Jean Marc Brignot.

Sebastian Morin used to work with Brignot in his hay days back in Jura & was on of the very few people that got to press with him. There is a lot of legends about Brignot pressing techniques. Morin definitely learn a lot from these sessions, cause he has some of that same magic in his wines. This is Big Beaujolais. Tannins & Alcohol. Things that usually doesn't inspire greatness. But when done right, it's the greatest & this is the truly great Gamay.

This cuvée is slightly darker in the expression. Need a bit more time & air. But this might just be the better of ‘em. Not the easiest drinking, but the biggest experience.
